Physio-led Pilates

A great way to support overall fitness, posture and injury rehabilitation, these classes are led by Kendal Physio & Sports Injury Centre. Mon (6pm) Tues (6.30pm) Wed (11am) and Thurs (9.30am). Call 01539 725220 to enquire or book.
